About the job

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should understand digital marketing services and have strong communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Sales • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals • Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions • Schedule and conduct sales meetings (online/offline) • Follow up with prospects and close deals Client Relationship Management • Act as the first point of contact for new clients • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding • Manage client expectations during the sales process Market Research & Strategy • Research industries, competitors, and potential clients • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and services • Documentation & Reporting • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates • Track leads, conversions, and revenue targets • Share regular sales performance reports with management Skills & Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales • Experience in a digital marketing agency sales preferred • Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Website, Performance Marketing) • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Good to Have • Experience in B2B sales • Knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM software • Prior agency or SaaS sales experience What We Offer • Competitive salary + attractive incentives • Growth opportunity into a Senior BDE / Account Manager role • Exposure to multiple industries and clients • Supportive team and learning environment.
