Job Description: MNR Hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote hospital services and strengthen referral networks. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate organizations, and other healthcare partners to increase patient inflow and expand the hospital’s reach. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. • Promote hospital services and create awareness about medical specialties and facilities. • Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and referral sources. • Conduct regular field visits to build and maintain professional networks. • Organize health camps, promotional activities, and community outreach programs. • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. • Prepare reports on marketing activities, referrals, and business growth. Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Hospital Marketing / Healthcare Business Development. • Must reside in Sangareddy town. • Must own a two-wheeler for field visits. • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
