About Monastic Media: We’re a premium e-commerce agency, a Trusted Meta Partner, driving over ₹175 Crore+ in revenue for brands. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Monastic Media. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for media and storytelling, and a proactive approach to sales and partnerships. Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and partners Pitch Monastic Media’s services, content offerings, and creative solutions to prospective clients Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to develop customized proposals Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred) • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (media/advertising preferred) • Ability to understand creative/media products and translate them into client value • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus Opportunity to work with a growing creative media company Exposure to brands, creators, and exciting media projects Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Collaborative and creative work environment Career growth and learning opportunities
