Job Title: Business Development Executive (US Healthcare) Company: My Care Labs & My Care International Location: Phagwara, Punjab / Remote Shift: 10-hour PST shift (Monday–Friday) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance) Job Overview We are looking for a fluent English -speaking Business development Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end business development cycle of the US health. This role goes beyond basic cold calling and requires hands-on experience with lead generation, CRM management, outreach tools, negotiations, and closures. You will be responsible for driving new business for lab testing services and medical billing services by engaging with nursing facilities, care homes, medical offices, and healthcare providers in the US. Key Responsibilities: • Own the complete business development lifecycle: lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures. • Conduct cold calling to nursing facilities, care homes, medical facilities, and doctor offices in the US. • Pitch My Care Labs’ diagnostic testing services and My Care International’s medical billing services. • Use tools scrapers, and other lead-generation platforms to build and manage prospect lists. • Manage and update all leads, calls, follow-ups, and deal stages in the CRM system. • Handle inbound sales and customer inquiries professionally. • Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments with decision-makers. • Negotiate pricing and close deals independently or with management support. • Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline visibility. • Meet and exceed monthly BD targets and KPIs. • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and improvement suggestions to management. Skills & Experience Required: • Proven experience in international business development or sales (US market preferred). • Strong cold calling, follow-up, and closing skills. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, lead scrapers, and outreach tools. • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written English). • Ability to manage BD activities independently with minimal supervision. • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. • Experience in healthcare, medical services, medical billing, or lab services is a strong plus. • Comfortable working PST night shifts. • Organized, target-driven, and resilient to rejections. • Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in team coordination and collaboration.
