Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who is passionate about SaaS sales and enjoys building relationships, solving client problems, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. ● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. ● Conduct product demos and effectively present Rannkly’s platform to potential clients. ● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. ● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion strategies. ● Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM tools. ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements ● 3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales (preferably SaaS, IT, or software sales). ● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ● Experience in outbound sales and lead generation. ● Ability to understand business challenges and position SaaS solutions effectively. ● Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
