Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT/Software) Number of Open Positions: 05 Experience Required: 1–3 Years Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office Location: Virar & Borivali Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software sales or business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and follow-ups • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients • Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to secure, retain, and grow client accounts • Answer client queries, conduct follow-up communications, and maintain engagement • Create and manage a database of potential clients and business leads • Identify prospective clients and convert them into long-term customers • Work with internal teams to develop proposals aligned with client needs and objectives • Conduct market research to understand company capabilities, service offerings, and competitive landscape • Understand the company’s goals and contribute to overall business growth • Utilize business intelligence to stay informed about competitors, market trends, and product knowledge.
