Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities and help expand our client portfolio. The role requires someone comfortable with cold outreach, relationship building, and closing deals in the marketing and content services space. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation • Identify potential clients across industries such as startups, brands, healthcare, real estate, and media • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects Client Acquisition • Conduct discovery calls to understand client marketing needs • Present S TIER’s services and solutions to potential clients • Build relationships with decision makers Proposal & Deal Closure • Coordinate with strategy and creative teams to prepare proposals • Negotiate pricing and scope • Close deals and ensure contract signing Pipeline Management • Maintain lead tracking and sales pipeline • Report weekly progress and performance Revenue Target • Quarterly Target: ₹20 Lakhs Compensation • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - 30,000 per month • Incentives: Performance-based commission on deals closed (3–5% or higher for over-achievement) • High performers can earn ₹8–10L+ annually including incentives.
