Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Remote Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST) Compensation: ₹2–3 LPA Role Overview We are looking for an experienced BDE with strong EdTech sales exposure to drive revenue growth in the US market. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) • Drive sales and revenue generation for EdTech products in the US market • Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis • Handle and close high-value leads independently • Plan and execute lead generation strategies for the US marketplace • Improve sales processes, pitch quality, and conversion ratios Requirements • Proven experience in EdTech sales (mandatory) • Strong understanding of the US education market • Experience handling and scaling BDE teams • Hands-on knowledge of lead generation, funnels, and CRM systems • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones) Interested candidates may share their CV at-
