Business Development Executive - Outbound Calling (US Sales) Location: Remote (India) Shift: Night Shift (US EST Timings) Experience: 2 to 6 Years Stellar Consulting Solutions is hiring Business Development Executives for a high-activity outbound calling sales role. You will connect with potential US clients, generate interest, and support staffing & SOW project service sales. Key Responsibilities: • Make high-volume outbound calling sales outreach to US prospects • Introduce and explain staffing and SOW project service offerings • Understand client needs and record accurate follow-up details • Maintain lead logs, call records, and spreadsheets • Coordinate with internal sales teams for follow-ups and conversions • Meet daily/weekly calling and engagement targets Required Skills: • Excellent spoken English • Strong persuasion and communication skills • Ability to manage high outbound call volumes • Target-driven and consistent • Basic MS Excel proficiency Preferred Profile: • Experience in international BPO, inside sales, or outbound calling • Familiarity with US or international sales process • IT background (BCA preferred) Why Join Us: Stellar Consulting believes great teams are built by great people.
