About the job
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru under a 2-year contractual engagement. The selected candidate will be responsible for: • Counseling prospective students and converting leads into enrollments • Managing follow-ups through calls, emails, and in-person meetings • Visiting colleges and corporates to establish training and internship partnerships • Conducting seminars, workshops, demos, and awareness sessions • Coordinating with placement cells, department heads, and institutional authorities • Achieving monthly enrollment and outreach targets • Maintaining accurate lead and partnership records This role requires a combination of sales capability, relationship management skills, and confidence in presenting to academic institutions. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing preferred) • 1–3 years of experience in Education Sales, Business Development, or Student Counseling • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently • Willingness to travel for college and corporate outreach • Basic understanding of EdTech or technical training programs is an added advantage.
