This is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore for an IT Sales (Business Development Executive) role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining long-term professional relationships. Additional responsibilities include initiating and closing sales processes, understanding client requirements, and ensuring consistent growth in market presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure • Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions (web, mobile, and software services) • Prepare and deliver proposals, follow up with prospects, and negotiate contracts • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development • Solid understanding of IT services, including web development, mobile applications, and software solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
