🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (Onsite – Mohali) At Websterz Technologies, we are looking for a serious, result-driven Business Development Executive who knows how to generate real business, not just rely on freelance platforms. **Experience:** 1–3 Years **Location:** Onsite – Mohali **Industry:** Digital Marketing **Target Markets:** USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland **Salary:** Best in Industry + Performance Incentives **Role Overview:** 🔥 What You’ll Do • Build and execute lead generation strategies using email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. • Identify and connect with decision-makers in international markets. • Create and manage cold email campaigns and outreach sequences. • Handle initial conversations, qualification, and support in closing deals. • Develop new business strategies instead of just following scripts. • Manage CRM, pipeline, and daily outreach activities. • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding. 🎯 **What We’re Looking For:** • Experience in digital marketing sales including SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development. • Strong understanding of cold outreach systems including email and calling. • Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Instantly, or similar platforms. • Ability to create outreach strategies and not just execute tasks. • Excellent communication skills with international clients. • Target-driven mindset focused on revenue generation. 🚫 **Not a Fit If** • Your experience is only limited to Upwork or inbound leads. • You are not comfortable with cold calling or outbound sales.
