Business Development Executive - Field Sales About the Opportunity A high-growth player in Cloud communications and B2B enterprise solutions serving customers across India. We deliver communication and customer-experience products to mid-market and SMB customers—seeking a hands-on on-site field sales professional to grow revenue, build customer relationships, and convert opportunities across an assigned territory. Role & Responsibilities • Actively prospect and generate qualified B2B leads through field visits, cold outreach, networking, and events within the assigned territory. • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and discovery sessions to translate business needs into commercial proposals. • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and deal closure. • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in the CRM; deliver reliable forecasts and pipeline reports. • Coordinate handoffs with onboarding, implementation, and account teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and identify upsell opportunities. • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while representing the company professionally in the market. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • Field sales • B2B sales • Territory management • Salesforce • Cold calling • Lead generation Preferred • Zoho CRM • Consultative selling • MS Excel Qualifications • Proven track record of closing B2B field sales deals and meeting quota in a SaaS/tech or services environment. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (on-site role). • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management capability; comfortable presenting to CXO and mid-level buyers.
