About the job
Business Development Executive (Fresher) — On-site, India Role & Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business leads through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and targeted prospecting campaigns. • Qualify leads, book appointments and demos for senior sales teams, and maintain accurate sales-stage updates in the CRM. • Execute follow-ups and nurture inbound inquiries to convert prospects into active opportunities. • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and timely fulfilment of client requests. • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and appointments; participate in sales coaching to improve conversion rates. • Prepare basic proposals, update pipeline reports, and contribute market feedback to refine outreach messaging. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach. • Proficiency with MS Excel for basic reporting and tracking. • Willingness to work on-site and travel locally when required. • High ownership mindset and ability to learn sales processes quickly. Preferred • Internship or project experience in sales, B2B outreach, or recruitment. • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zoho CRM). • Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
