Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Gold Loan at CSB Bank, located in Kollam. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and driving the growth of the gold loan portfolio. The role also involves collaborating with team members, presenting financial products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and account management. Qualifications • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation • Strong knowledge and experience in Business operations and Account Management • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships • Proactive work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to achieve performance targets • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is beneficial • Prior experience in gold loan services or financial sectors is a plus.
