Hiring: Business Development Executive Intern (Paid | Onsite) Hooc AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive Intern to join our growth team and support client acquisition across domestic and international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in sales, lead generation, client communication, and business growth in a fast-paced startup environment. Mode Onsite Growth Opportunity • Performance-based growth • PPO / Full-time opportunity for top performers • Direct exposure to business development and client acquisition Key Responsibilities • Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and lead generation • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline • Handle prospect communication, follow-ups, and objection resolution • Qualify leads and coordinate meetings or discovery calls • Support B2B sales strategy and client acquisition efforts • Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly • Assist in expanding outreach to international markets such as US, UAE, Australia, etc. Requirements • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Basic understanding of B2B sales / lead generation • Confidence in LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing • Ability to handle objections and follow-ups professionally • Target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Strong willingness to learn and grow in business development What You’ll Get • Hands-on experience in real client acquisition • Exposure to international markets and global outreach • Training in sales strategy, CRM, and pipeline management • Direct mentorship from the founder • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing AI-driven company • Clear path toward a full-time role
