About the job
Role Overview • We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development professional to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships in the staffing and recruitment industry. • The ideal candidate will have experience in IT staffing, RPO, or offshore recruitment services and a strong network of clients across industries. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for staffing, recruitment, and RPO services. • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS partners). • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking. • Understand client hiring needs and align them with recruitment solutions. • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and track progress using CRM tools. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5–8+ years of experience in Business Development within Staffing/Recruitment industry. • Strong understanding of IT staffing, contract hiring, C2C, W2, and full-time hiring models. • Experience working with MSP/VMS models (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.). • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with US, Canada, or global staffing markets. • Existing client relationships or a strong professional network. • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools. • Experience in offshore recruitment or delivery models.
