Location: Remote (India) Shift: Night Shift (US EST Timings) Experience: 2 to 6 Years Stellar Consulting Solutions is hiring Business Development Executives for a high-activity outbound calling sales role. You will connect with potential US clients, generate interest, and support staffing & SOW project service sales. Make high-volume outbound calling sales outreach to US prospects Introduce and explain staffing and SOW project service offerings Maintain lead logs, call records, and spreadsheets Coordinate with internal sales teams for follow-ups and conversions Meet daily/weekly calling and engagement targets Excellent spoken English Ability to manage high outbound call volumes Basic MS Excel proficiency Experience in international BPO, inside sales, or outbound calling Familiarity with US or international sales process IT background (BCA preferred) If you enjoy outbound calling, sales targets, and US client interaction, this is a strong career-growth role.
