Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Sales) based in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, nurturing client relationships, and working towards sales targets. The role involves presenting the value of Profession Hike's offerings, building partnerships, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Qualifications • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities. • Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners. • Excellent Communication skills for effective negotiation and presentation. • Understanding of sales strategies and business practices to drive revenue growth. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Prior experience in education technology or related industries is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
