Job Title: Business Development Executive – US Staffing Job Overview: Stellar Consulting Solutions is hiring Business Development Executives for a high-activity outbound calling sales role. You will connect with potential US clients, generate interest, and support staffing & SOW project service sales. Key Responsibilities: • Make high-volume outbound calling sales outreach to US prospects • Introduce and explain staffing and SOW project service offerings • Understand client needs and record accurate follow-up details • Maintain lead logs, call records, and spreadsheets • Coordinate with internal sales teams for follow-ups and conversions • Meet daily/weekly calling and engagement targets Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent spoken English • Strong persuasion and communication skills • Ability to manage high outbound call volumes • Target-driven and consistent • Basic MS Excel proficiency.
