Job Description: Business Development Executive/Manager (US Staffing Industry) Location: India (Remote) Department: Business Development Industry: US Staffing Industry -only Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition and strengthen our market presence across USA. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, recruiting, or services-based industries, with a strong ability to build relationships, understand client requirements, and generate qualified opportunities for the delivery/sales teams. Main responsibilities: • Proactively identify, research, and engage new prospective clients through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, and warm introductions where possible) • Build and manage a consistent BD pipeline, from initial outreach through qualified meetings and handoff to delivery/sales leadership • Develop a strong understanding of Rose’s service offerings (IT, professional, clinical, etc.) and clearly articulate our value proposition to potential clients • Collaborate closely with recruiting and account teams to ensure realistic, well-aligned opportunities • Track outreach activity, meetings, and pipeline updates in CRM and provide regular progress reporting • Stay informed on market trends, competitor positioning, and client hiring needs to tailor outreach effectively Ideal qualifications: • Prior business development or sales experience in staffing, recruiting, or a comparable services-based industry • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a confident, professional, and personable approach • Comfortable initiating conversations with new stakeholders and building rapport quickly • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound prospecting best practices • Ability to work cross-functionally and represent Rose with credibility and warmth • Hungry, curious, and resilient—understands BD is a long game, not a quick win Ideal Candidate Profile • Experience 1 to 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within US Staffing Industry (India) • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, polished, and personable approach. • Prospecting Skills: Comfortable initiating conversations with new clients, engaging decision makers, and building rapport quickly. • Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. • Tools & Technology: Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting best practices. • Team Orientation: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the company with credibility and warmth. • Mindset: Hungry, curious, resilient, and driven—understands that business development is a long-term, relationship-driven process.
