After five years at MOI, we’re entering our next phase of growth, and we need someone to help spearhead Business Development for us. This is a full time role based in Mumbai. We’re looking for a Business Development & Growth Officer who will work closely with the founders to drive this new journey for us! What this role will drive: • Define and execute our growth strategy • Build and scale a strong new business pipeline • Lead high-value brand partnerships • Help us expand into new services You’ll thrive here if you: • Have strong relationships with brand and marketing leaders • Have experience growing agencies • Have extensive experience with pitches Experience: 8–12+ years in business development or growth strategy. Prior leadership or P&L experience is a strong requirement.
