Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Head – Digital Marketing to lead the organization's end-to-end sales and business development function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing agencies, proven success in acquiring and managing large brands, and an established network within the marketing and advertising ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, leading client pitches, and expanding the agency’s digital marketing portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end business development and sales strategy for digital marketing services including performance marketing, SEO, social media, branding, and integrated campaigns. • Identify and acquire new clients across industries through strong industry connections and networking. • Lead and manage high-value client pitches, presentations, and proposal development. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands, marketing heads, and decision-makers. • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets. • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies. • Collaborate with internal digital marketing, creative, and strategy teams to design customized marketing solutions for clients. • Represent the company in industry events, networking platforms, and client meetings. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new digital marketing opportunities. • Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team. • Work closely with leadership to define growth strategy, revenue forecasting, and expansion plans. Required Experience: • 4–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Digital Marketing Agencies or Advertising Agencies. • Proven track record of closing high-value marketing deals and scaling revenue. • Experience in leading client pitches and managing enterprise-level accounts. • Strong exposure to digital marketing solutions such as performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, paid media, and integrated campaigns. • Experience working with large brands and corporate clients.
