Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern to support our Sales and Growth team. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in B2B sales, LinkedIn outreach, client acquisition, and revenue-driven business functions. This is a full-time internship opportunity with the possibility of conversion to a permanent on-roll role based on performance review at the end of the internship period. Internship Details: • Internship Duration : 6 Months (Full-Time) • Work Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (Mandatory) • Stipend : ₹10,000 per month • Employment Opportunity: On-roll permanent job offer based on performance • Eligibility Note : Only candidates with 500+ LinkedIn connections are eligible to apply Key Responsibilities: • Support business development and sales outreach initiatives via LinkedIn and email. • Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and decision-makers. • Assist in lead generation, market research, and prospect profiling. • Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking reports. • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams. • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up communications. • Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions. • Track outreach performance and conversion metrics. Requirements: • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable with professional LinkedIn outreach and networking. • Ability to work full-time during specified work hours. • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset. • Basic understanding of B2B sales or digital business models is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking. • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel. • Good verbal and written English communication. • Ability to handle targets and performance metrics.
