Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chandigarh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, generating leads, meeting prospective clients, negotiating business deals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. The role also involves preparing presentations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement process. Qualifications • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management • Strong abilities in Market Research and Strategic Planning • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills • Proficiency in Networking and Building Relationships with Clients • Knowledge of investment solutions, financial products, and portfolio management is advantageous • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications is preferred.
