Roles & Responsibilities: • As a BDM, you will be responsible to drive revenue growth by onboarding new clients and generating opportunities within the assigned region for consumer promotions, sales promotions, contests, and sweepstakes. • Lead B2B concept sales efforts, ensuring individual targets and company objectives are met. • Identify, prospect, and engage with India's top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads through cold calling, regular interactions, and persuasive presentations. • Develop and deliver customized sales and trade promotion campaigns, requiring a deep understanding of brand marketing strategies, BTL/ATL promotions, and consumer engagement techniques. • Think strategically to align brand objectives and marketing goals with BigCity’s in-house rewards and tech-based solutions. • Build and nurture relationships with key prospects for large consumer and corporate programs, leveraging insights into India's loyalty landscape. • Maintain and expand a strong sales pipeline by sourcing leads from internal and external databases. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in a business development or client acquisition role within a B2B sales environment. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a background in concept/solution sales. • Experience in corporate sales, particularly in engaging with marketing heads, CMOs, and trade marketing teams. • Proven ability to establish and develop industry networks and long-term client relationships. • Preferably well-connected with decision-makers in sectors such as Retail, Telecom, Consumer Durables, FMCG, and Banking. • Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a willingness to travel across India.
