Business Development Manager Location: Selaqui, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India Bluephoenix Herbal Sciences is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the skincare and cosmetic manufacturing industry. We specialize in herbal skincare, cosmetic formulations, and private label manufacturing, working with brands looking to develop high-quality products. What we're looking for: • 5+ years of experience in business development within skincare / cosmetic / personal care manufacturing • Strong network with cosmetic brands, private label clients, or distributors • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing manufacturing deals • Good understanding of product development and private label processes Key Responsibilities: • Generate and develop new B2B opportunities in skincare & cosmetic manufacturing. • Acquire private label and contract manufacturing clients. • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Build long-term relationships with brands and partners. • Work closely with R&D and production teams to deliver client requirements.
