We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for the Tatvadhan division. As a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, the individual will identify and engage new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic business plans, analyzing market trends, managing partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role demands a proactive approach to networking and building a sustainable and profitable business pipeline. Qualifications • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Goal Setting • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills • Proficiency in CRM tools and Business Analytics • Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets consistently • Leadership and team collaboration skills to work across departments effectively • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
