About the job
Role: Business Development Manager (B2B – Institutions/Universities) Key Responsibilities • Drive new customer acquisition across assigned territory by onboarding new Colleges, Universities, and Educational Institutions. • Network with key decision-makers (Directors, Deans, Chairpersons) and execute MOUs for partnerships. • Establish and enhance the company’s presence across target markets. • Implement promotional and marketing strategies to support institutional engagement. • Manage B2B sales, key accounts, relationship management, and revenue collections. • Maintain strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets. Must-Have Requirements • Graduation is mandatory • 4–10 years of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales • Strong communication skills and a professional personality • Demonstrated experience in new client acquisition and revenue-driven roles • Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
