About the job
• Lead and manage two-wheeler business sourcing operations at the state level. • Deliver outstanding customer service to support business growth and customer loyalty. • Supervise frontline sales and business development teams, ensuring achievement of targets. • Foster and maintain key strategic relationships with customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and other partners. • Ensure adherence to compliance standards across all activities. • Uphold high quality standards in sourcing operations. • Facilitate cross-selling of liability insurance and Third-Party Protection (TPP) products. • Oversee collection management to enhance recovery and reduce overdue accounts. Responsibilities • On-board Dealer & DSA to source more business. • To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective product across state. • Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics. • Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified. • Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the state. • Grow the business and meet monthly revenue targets.
