Responsibilities: • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers • Proactively follow ups the leads • Calling the leads & convert into sales • Maintain accurate & detailed records of call made & result achieved. • Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions accordingly • Build innovative strategies to retain key clients. • Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution • Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention and Post event formalities like sending reports, feedback and testimonials from client, closing the event. • Meet prospective clients, ideate, create presentations, prepare proposals, generate business and meet sales targets • To collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery Requirements: -➢ Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required ➢ Market knowledge ➢ Display Innovation, teamwork, adaptability & accountability at every aspect ➢ Communication and negotiation skills ➢ Ability to meet deadlines ➢ With general business knowledge
