We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Manager with strong experience in the hospitality and lifestyle industry. The ideal candidate should have existing relationships within luxury hotels, F&B brands, lifestyle labels, and premium service providers, and be capable of driving revenue through strategic partnerships and brand collaborations. Key Responsibilities • Identify and onboard new hospitality and lifestyle brands for partnerships, campaigns, and collaborations. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Build strong relationships with hotel groups, restaurateurs, luxury event venues, wellness brands, and lifestyle companies. • Pitch customized media, content, and experiential marketing solutions to potential clients. • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract execution. • Collaborate with internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver seamless campaign execution. • Represent Design Pataki at industry events, launches, and networking forums. • Track sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and maintain CRM updates. Required Experience & Skills • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or media sectors. • Strong existing network within luxury hotels, restaurants, premium lifestyle brands, and event spaces. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Excellent pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong understanding of brand partnerships, media sales, and experiential marketing. • Self-driven, result-oriented, and confident communicator.
