Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Remote Experience: 3–6 years DigiStay is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help expand our customer base and support strategic partnerships. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This is a fully remote role, and the selected candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams through online meetings, calls, and digital communication tools. Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is preferred to support communication with customers in the South region. This language preference is related to business communication needs for the role. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using remote communication channels. • Conduct product presentations and demos through video calls and online meetings. • Develop relationships with decision-makers in hospitality businesses. • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities. Qualifications: • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships. • Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, or Hospitality software is preferred. • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and closing deals. • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote work environment. • Experience using CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and remote sales workflows is a plus. • Preferred: Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil for client communication with customers in the South region.
