Key Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the B2B market. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Present, demonstrate, and explain technical features of products and solutions to customers. • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Travel frequently to client locations, industry events, and trade exhibitions. • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and support) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Requirements • 5+ to 12 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar B2B sales role. • Prior experience in machinery, automation, industrial equipment, or engineering solutions is strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of industrial products and solution-based selling. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel. • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
