Ltd. 🔍 Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities to closing deals—while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. 💼 Key Responsibilities • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning • Identify and develop new corporate and enterprise accounts • Conduct product and solution presentations for prospective clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers • Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and business expansion • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and distributors for smooth sales operations • Handle customer interactions professionally and address client needs effectively • Promote a collaborative work culture with strong professional ethics • Support and motivate team members to achieve shared goals 🧠 Must-Have Skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Confidence in customer interaction and negotiation ⭐ Good-to-Have Skills • Exposure to Cyber Security and/or IT Infrastructure solutions 🎯 Professional Attributes • Proven ability to manage sales targets and revenue ownership • Experience in the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure) • Ability to engage stakeholders across different organizational levels • Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset 🎓 Educational Qualifications • MBA (Marketing) / MMS (Marketing) • BBA / BMS or equivalent qualification 📌 Experience • 1 to 6 years • Fresh MBA/MMS candidates (2019–2022 pass-outs) with strong communication skills are welcome to apply 🌟 Why Join Eden Insol Pvt.
