With decades of expertise in B2B2C consulting and a deep understanding of CX and EX strategy, we use insights to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes. 4–6 years of B2B solution selling experience, preferably in market research, consulting, analytics, or knowledge services Strong exposure to mid-to-large enterprise clients Comfortable selling intangible, insight-led, customized solution Experience handling CXOs / senior stakeholders is a plus Proven ability to hunt, farm, and grow accounts The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through acquisition and expansion of B2B clients for research and consulting solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposal → closure · Drive new business acquisition in assigned geography and sectors · Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with predictable conversions · Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business problems and position research-led solutions · Work closely with delivery and research teams to co-create proposals · Manage existing accounts and drive repeat and cross-sell opportunities · Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts · Participate in sector-focused campaigns, events, and thought-leadership-led selling Core Skills - B2B consultative selling - Solution / value-based selling - Account management & stakeholder handling - Proposal development & commercial negotiation - Pipeline management & forecasting Behavioral & Soft Skills - Strong communication and articulation - Executive presence with senior clients - Structured thinking and problem-solving - High ownership and outcome orientation - Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment Technical / Functional - Familiarity with market research, CX, EX, brand, or advisory services - Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Lusha, etc.) - Comfort with presentations, decks, and commercial discussions Others - Prior exposure to technology, manufacturing, BFSI, or professional services clients is a plus - Existing client relationships or strong network in the region will be an advantage - Role requires moderate travel within the assigned geography - High performers will have clear growth path toward Senior Manager roles as the sales organization scales Share your resumes to ravikumar@insightsfeedback.com, Feel free to share with someone who is exploring opportunities and fits the role.
