Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive expansion across Uttar Pradesh. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, onboarding franchise partners, and expanding our footprint across institutional and HoReCa channels. The candidate will play a key role in scaling the business by setting up sales networks, closing franchise deals, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Expansion & Partnerships • Identify and develop new business opportunities in: • Universities & Colleges • Hospitals & Medical Institutions • HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) • Corporate & Institutional setups • Lead tie-ups and collaborations for outlet placements and supply agreements 2. Franchise Development • Generate, qualify, and close franchise leads across multiple cities in Uttar Pradesh • Ensure franchise onboarding aligns with company standards, specifications, and brand guidelines • Conduct site evaluations, feasibility analysis, and partner discussions • Support franchise partners during setup and initial operations 3. Sales & Distribution Setup • Establish and manage distribution channels for ready-to-eat food products • Build relationships with distributors, aggregators, and retail partners • Monitor sales performance and ensure consistent growth across regions 4. Market Development • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs • Develop localized strategies for different cities and target segments • Drive brand visibility through strategic placements and partnerships 5. Relationship Management • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and repeat business • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts What we are looking for in a candidate: • 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Franchise Sales / Food Retail / HoReCa • Strong network in Uttar Pradesh market preferred • Proven track record in franchise closures and B2B partnerships • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel extensively across assigned regions • Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented approach You could be a great fit, if you have: • Experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, or food distribution brands • Understanding of franchise business models and unit economics • Exposure to institutional sales (colleges, hospitals, corporate parks) Compensation: • Competitive salary + performance incentives • Attractive commission on franchise closures and business generation Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid sick time • Paid time off Experience: • B2B Marketing: 2 years (Required) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
