Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kothamangalam. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, developing strategic partnerships, and creating innovative business strategies. The role will also include setting and achieving revenue targets, attending industry events, and providing insights to enhance business growth. Collaboration across teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery will be a key aspect of this role. Qualifications • Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Research • Proficiency in Relationship Management, Networking, and Negotiation • Ability to develop, implement, and execute effective Sales and Marketing strategies • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to develop actionable insights • Experience with CRM tools and other relevant business development software • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to work on-site in Kothamangalam.
