Additionally, HDFC Pension holds a Point of Presence (POP) license for the distribution, marketing, and servicing of NPS through both digital and physical platforms. Role Description The Business Development Manager at HDFC Pension will focus on driving growth and achieving business targets in the NPS Corporate and Retail segments. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners, building and maintaining client relationships, providing product training to stakeholders, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong business development and client relationship management skills • Proficiency in sales strategies and market analysis to identify growth opportunities • Experience in financial services, especially in NPS or similar pension schemes, is advantageous • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in time management.
