Business Development Manager Remote | Global Opportunity Commission or Partnership-Based (Account Level Model) | Flexible Working Hours Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive global client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in consultative IT sales, own client relationships end-to-end, and thrive in a performance-based, partnership-style engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new clients via, Upwork, Clutch, referrals, and direct B2 B outreach. Generate qualified leads and convert them into IT project and retainer opportunities. Understand client business needs and translate them into technology solutions. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare: Proposals & pitch decks Cost estimations & timelines Scope of work (SOW) Own and manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and deal closures. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Required Skills & Experience 2–7 years of proven experience in IT / Software / Digital Services Sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of: SDLC Web & Mobile Application Development Cloud & SaaS delivery models Hands-on experience with B2B sales platforms: Sales Navigator Upwork / Clutch / similar marketplaces. Ability to create: Proposals & quotations Costing & scope documents. Highly self-motivated, persuasive, and target-oriented. Strong negotiation and closing mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling international clients (UAE, India, US, Europe). Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive. Working knowledge of modern tech stacks: React / React Native Node.js / Nest JS AWS / Cloud platforms. Experience selling: Custom software development Dedicated engineering teams Staff augmentation or managed services. What We Offer High commission & performance-based earnings.
