About the Role: We are seeking dynamic Business Development Managers with logistics industry experience (B2B, B2C, freight forwarding, warehousing, last -mile delivery, 3PL/4PL). You will drive revenue growth, acquire key clients, and expand into new markets. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and close new business opportunities in logistics verticals. • Manage client relationships, escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. • Conduct market research, analyse trends and propose value -added solutions. • Prepare proposals, quotations and lead tendering/contract negotiations. • Collaborate with operations, finance and marketing for seamless execution. • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit business reports.
