Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales in the modular furniture industry. Responsibilities include exploring new business leads, negotiating client contracts, coordinating with internal teams to execute projects, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends to develop strategies for market expansion. Qualifications • Strong skills in business development, relationship management, and lead generation • Proficiency in sales and negotiation, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships • Ability to analyze market trends, create strategic plans, and drive business growth • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of the modular furniture industry or relevant projects is highly desirable • Proven experience in project coordination and cross-functional team collaboration • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required
