Role Overview We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager for our Coimbatore operations. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role designed for an extroverted "go-getter." You will lead our B2B institutional networking, drive digital lead generation, and provide junior-level counseling support. You are the face of our brand in schools and colleges, bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and student success. Key Responsibilities B2B Sales & Institutional Networking: • MOU & Partnerships: Identify and visit top schools and colleges in the Coimbatore vicinity. Build rapport with key stakeholders to pitch and secure MOUs for student recruitment. • Workshops & Seminars: Organize and coordinate educational workshops for our CEO, managing all ground-level logistics and lead capture. • Lead Generation: Execute digital sales strategies using Facebook Business, cold calling, and email marketing to maintain a healthy pipeline. Student Counseling (Junior/Support Role): • Shift-in Counseling: Act as a junior counselor to assist our Senior Counselor, providing students with initial course/university guidance. • Application & Documentation: Support students with university applications, including SOP/LOR preparation and document verification. • Visa Coordination: Stay updated on visa regulations and assist students through the compliance and filing process. Operations & Admin: • Manage day-to-day office operations, student records, and CRM entries. • Ensure a high success rate through personalized and innovative guidance. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Study Abroad Counseling or a similar advisory role. • Skillset: Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and digital marketing. • Personality: Extremely extroverted, confident, and passionate about networking. • Languages: Professional fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory. • Mobility: Willingness to travel within and around Coimbatore for institutional visits.
