Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing Location: India (Remote) Shift: US Hours (EST) Experience: 2-6 years Employment Type: Full-time US Staffing Business Development Manager – Tier 1 | Implementation | MSP/VMS Drive new business with Tier 1 vendors, Prime Vendors, and direct implementation clients Acquire and manage MSP/VMS programs (Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit) Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, MSA/SOW, and onboarding Build and grow long-term client and vendor relationships in the US market Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure high-quality submissions and closures Meet revenue, margin, and account growth targets Strong understanding of US IT staffing, compliance, and VMS workflows Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced staffing environment Existing Tier 1 / MSP / implementation network required This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in building relationships and closing deals in the US IT staffing ecosystem while representing TALENDICA LLC as a trusted staffing partner.
