Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive global client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in consultative IT sales, own client relationships end-to-end, and thrive in a performance-based, partnership-style engagement. Key Responsibilities • Identify and onboard new clients via, Upwork, Clutch, referrals, and direct B2B outreach • Generate qualified leads and convert them into IT project and retainer opportunities • Understand client business needs and translate them into technology solutions • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare: • Proposals & pitch decks • Cost estimations & timelines • Scope of work (SOW) • Own and manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and deal closures • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
