YOUR IMPACT AREA We are looking for a business development manager to identify and diligently evaluate new business opportunities. You will have a unique and holistic opportunity to have a 360-degree overview of deal making. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION • MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a top-tier university • 2-4 years of relevant industry experience Preferred Experience/Qualifications/Skills • Worked for a Real estate Private Equity firm/ Developer (preferably in Corporate Finance/BD) • Has a keen understanding of the real estate market in Bengaluru & Key cities • Financial Modelling and Presentation skills Key Responsibilities • Evaluate deal feasibility and evaluation through detailed financial models • Ensuring accurate land feasibility assumptions • Ensuring deal evaluation is methodically driven through established processes of land feasibility and market intelligence to understand the market desired product in relevant micro markets • Ensuring end-to-end deal management and ensuring 360-degree overview of all deals • Preparation of Investment Memorandum for IC, regular business presentations to management • Updating Bi-weekly MIS financial models and cashflows PERSONALITY • Diligent • Organized • Hardworking • Strategic Thinker Software Skills • Microsoft Office (Advanced) MAIA is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and does not discriminate anyone on grounds of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or gender identity.
