We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM. A background in Facades Industry, Aluminum doors and windows, Glass Facades, Glazing Industry, and Metal Facade is preferred. This role involves conducting outbound and inbound meetings with clients and Architects, pitching our products and services, focusing on conversions and requires a high degree of self-motivation and discipline. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Meetings: - Schedule and conduct outbound and inbound meetings with potential clients and Architects. - Pitching our products effectively to clients and Architects. 2. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly within the architecture industry. - Provide exceptional customer service and follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction. 3. Market Analysis and Strategy: - Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis. 4. Sales Presentations and Proposals: - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. 5. Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM to create and present detailed documents. 6. Ensure all sales activities are compliant with company policies. 7. Focus on conversions and meeting sales targets.
