We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing and delivering presentations, and contributing to the growth strategies of NoBrokerHood. This role will involve business negotiations, market research, and fostering partnerships to drive the platform's adoption and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will actively engage with gated societies and stakeholders to bring value to the business and its customers. Qualifications • Proven experience in business development, field sales, and client relationship management • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Market research and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals • Experience in the real estate, prop-tech, or gated community management industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
