Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dadri. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and preparing proposals and presentations. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications • Proven expertise in business development, sales strategies, and customer relationship management • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical and market research abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve targets • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial storage sector is an advantage • Results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business environments.
