Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Noida. The BDM will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales performance. Day-to-day tasks include market research, generating leads, creating presentations, leading negotiations, and meeting sales targets. The BDM will also collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and closing deals • Proven experience in market research, strategy development, and competitive analysis • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, software solutions, and financial technologies • Team collaboration skills to ensure seamless coordination with marketing, product, and technical teams • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus • Prior experience in IT sales, consulting, or technology-related industries will be an advantage Interested candidates are requested to share their resumes on the WhatsApp number.
